Now let's WORK

~ The First 15 Minutes ~
The first 15 minutes is so important when reconnecting with our children. Try doing this. When getting home from the after school run or returning home from work, take the first 15 minutes to give face to face time with your children. No screens, no chores, only being available to each other to connect about each other's day, planning for the rest of the night. You will see your children be calmer, more content and focused after spending that first 15 minutes with all your attention on them.

IT'S UP TO US

Change
Picture
~ Change Is Hard ~
Most families come to us with a referral that directs us to help them change.
Change their interactions with their children.
Change their actions with drugs and alcohol.
But with change, comes growth.
Change is never easy, but it can be life-altering.
